Field Sales Representative (KCI)
SUMMARY:
The Field Sales Representative serves as the liaison between customer retail stores and the NFS Team. Creates brand preference and loyalty of KCI handsets within assigned territories by maintaining customer relations and engaging in product sell-through/marketing activities. Applies understanding of KCI as well as carrier organization and processes to resolve a variety of issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Business or related area or equivalent experience
- 2+ years third party customer support experience in the wireless communications industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivers presentations to educate retail employee, carrier indirect and business teams on KCI key sales messages, selling tips, KCI promotions, and key product differentiators
- Executes Special Events (i.e. "K-Blitz)
- Directs questions from customer retail employees related to product allocation and inventory challenges to appropriate Regional Sales Manager
- Regional marketing, communications, sales incentives, and product roadmap presentations
- Gathers and reports competitive information as requested by KCI sales management
- Reports on specific competitor tactics including price moves, new product, promotions and merchandising materials to Regional Sales Manager
- Communicates account status, opportunities, and challenges with field sales team and corporate account leads on a regular basis
- Promotes the perception of the KCI brand with end-user and customers through regular interactions with direct/indirect carrier stores and participation in special events within assigned geographic region
- Responsible for the basic management of regional market offices to include but not limited to: product sell through, contests, marketing activities, growing over-all business, resolving account issues, managing retail relationships within the designated territory
- Manages all aspects of market activities to include but not limited to expenses, weekly/monthly reporting, travel, budget, SMART Goals, and planning field activities
- Prepares monthly directives specific to carriers for monthly newsletter
- Performs other duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS/SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS:
- Domestic travel required, upward of 50% or more
- Works environment will be a virtual office
